Position Breakdown: Kicker

Our top kicker isn't even a household name. Yet.

You may be saying, “Why are they even bothering to break down the kicker position. They’re kickers!” Exactly. However, we like to finish what we start. Personally, I’m of the opinion that you shouldn’t draft a kicker until the last round. You’re better off taking a flier on a wide receiver. Kickers are like tissue brands. You can spend more for Kleenex, but the generic brand will get the job done. Forgive me if the kicker breakdowns are brief. But, like you said, “They’re kickers.”
