Notes on a Saturday

My good health has returned and with it my sanity, thankfully just in time for the weekend. Last week I was successful in clinching a league and am looking to clinch a few this weekend also, so no matter what happens, the Dolphin sushi the Bears rolled up seems to be the the basement for the weekend

With a full slate back at our disposal, it will be more important to weigh all the factors in determining the best line-up and keep all those points off your bench.

Sizing Up Week 11

Cutting chumps down like stumps since 1982

No more foolin’ around. You’ve got the jest of it by now and frankly the sugarcoating has made me nauseous.

Let’s get to the business end, shall we?

Sizing Up Week 11 Thursday Night

CERTAINLY START: WR Brandon Marshall, WR Johnny Knox, RB Ronnie Brown, RB Ricky Williams, QB Jay Cutler, K Dan Carpenter

CONSIDER: RB Matt Forte, WR Davone Bess, WR Devin Hester, TE Greg Olsen, K Robbie Gould, MIA D/ST, CHI D/ST

HOLD: RB Chester Taylor, TE Anthony Fasano, WR Brian Hartline, WR Earl Bennett

SLEEPER: QB Tyler Thigpen

Neither squad will be at full strength, so expecting a brilliant display of fantasy feats is far-fetched. Brandon Marshall should see a ton of targets from Tyler Thigpen, making both worth considering. Matt Forte is no longer a must and I don’t expect a ton against the MIA D/ST at home. Dan Carpenter should boot a few through for the Fins, and if you’re looking to catch an early lead this week, Davone Bess and Johnny Knox could provide some sneaky scores. Don’t fear the CHI D/ST tonight as they still can be had in the secondary.

Plan of Attack Week 11

Enough with the hand holding. I’ve decided to merge four posts into one all inclusive mega article I’m deeming the ‘PLAN OF ATTACK’.

You’ve seen what my rosters look like for a few weeks now with my MAJOR PLAYERS, so I’ll spare you my obvious starts and instead give you some I’m benching.

If you’re still SURVIVIN, we’ve been giving at least 5 options over the first 10 weeks of the season, but now we are down to the wire and only the secure match-up’s are worth considering.

With BYE weeks now past us, there shouldn’t be a scramble for much PROSPECTIN, so instead I’m going to feature a few worthy free-agent’s that could benefit in the week ahead.

Finally, if you’ve enjoyed GOIN’ STREAKING fear not, it will remain the same.

Get some.
